If you purchase Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) from KuKu, you do not need to provide your own insurance for covered damages.
Insurance may be voided if terms of this agreement are violated.
You are responsible for all damage, including hail, falling objects, and storm-related incidents, unless covered by your own insurance or CDW.
💵 5. Fees & Charges
Rental charges (with unlimited mileage).
Optional insurance, fuel, tolls, tickets, and cleaning fees.

An Environmental Fee of $125 applies if your rental exceeds 3,000 miles. This fee covers service, materials disposal, and tire rotation.
💳 6. Damage Payment Responsibility
KuKu Campers does not collect a deposit at the start of your rental.
If damage occurs during your rental, you will be responsible for payment at the time you return the van.
Charges for damages may include repairs, cleaning, and fees for any contract violations.
🎒 7. Personal Property Disclaimer
KuKu Campers is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the van, in our office, or handled by staff — unless damage is caused solely by KuKu’s negligence.
⚠️ 8. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
Travel involves some unavoidable risks — like mechanical issues, weather, or road hazards.
By renting from KuKu Campers, you accept these risks and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless KuKu Campers and its staff from any related claims, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
⚖️ 9. Legal Terms
Colorado law governs this agreement.
All disputes must be resolved in Douglas County, CO.
If any part of these terms is deemed invalid, the rest still applies.
This is the full, final version unless KuKu provides a written amendment.

You also waive your right to claim consequential, special, or punitive damages.
