still have some awesome concerts coming up during the Summer! Whether you live in Colorado or a neighboring state, these top 10 concerts are going to be worth driving out to see.

From heavy metal to rock, from a bit of hip hop to some country tunes, our list includes something for everyone.

1. Billy Joel, August 8th, 2019

The piano man is coming back to Colorado! Billy Joel was last in Denver in September of 2015 and played at the Pepsi Center, which can hold a maximum of 18,00 people.

However, this time, he’s going to be playing in a totally different and open stadium at Coors Field - a venue that holds 10x more than the Pepsi Center! According to an article written by the Denver Post’s “The Know”: Joel last played in Denver at the Pepsi Center on Sept. 16 — a two-and-a-half-hour concert that included nearly 30 songs and saw Joel rocking “as hard at the end as he did at the beginning,”

2.​ ​Rolling Stones, August 10th, 2019


After having to cancel their originally scheduled ‘No Filter Tour’ back in May of this year, the Rolling Stones are BACK! Earlier in the Summer, McJagger and the Rolling Stones were scheduled to play in Denver, when last minute, they had to cancel their concert due to medical complications that McJagger had to take care of.

Tens of thousands of people who purchased those tickets back in May will NOT have to buy new ones, according to ​a recent article by the Denver Post​.
Or, if you had purchased a ticket and aren’t able to make it to the Rolling Stone’s new tour date, you can refund them.

3. One Republic, August 27th, 2019

Our favorite Colorado Native Band is going to be coming back home for an awesome night of music at no better place than the Red Rocks Amphitheater!

Tickets are still available for purchase online​, but we recommend getting yours sooner than later, as this is a Red Rocks Show that will sell out quickly!

4. Blink 182 and Lil Wayne, September 4th

The Punk Rock band and talented rapper are joining forces together to perform what’s anticipated to be one of the most energetic shows this year.
Based on their past concerts over the last few weeks of their North American Tour, we can confidently tell you to get ready for some of the best lights and fog as these two legends wake up the Denver Pepsi Center..

5. Avril Laigne, September 21st

For you 90’s teenagers who adored this queen of alternative punk rock, you’ll be stoked to hear that Avril is back for her Head Above Water tour, and she’s taking over Paramount Theater in downtown Denver!

6. Bastille, October 4th

One of our favorite British bands will be coming to Denver at the newly constructed Denver Mission’s Ballroom, and we can’t wait!
Bastille is a relatively newer band, formed in 2010, and already they are rising popularity, having won over multiple Brit Awards and releasing several hit songs that hit the top charts all over the world.

We’re especially excited to watch them play their newest song “JOY”. If you haven’t heard it yet, check it out!

7. Carrie Underwood, Sep 16th

Underwood fans, get amped up, Carrie will be performing at the Pepsi Center in Denver on September 16th for her Cry Pretty Tour.

8. Pitbull, September 8th

For those of you who were disappointed with his canceled show earlier in July, you’ll be stoked to know the Pit Bull is coming back! According to an ​article released by Westword​: “Pitbull, who was slated to play a July 2 concert at Fiddler's

Green Amphitheatre, has rescheduled the event. "Unforeseen circumstances," explains concert promoter AEG.

The concert will now take place at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, September 8, at Fiddler's Green. Tickets for the original show will be honored for the new date; refunds are available at the point of purchase.

9. Slip Knot, August 6th

Get your head bang on if it’s been a while, because Slip Knot is coming to the Pepsi Center for their “KnotFest Roadshow” and we anticipate the masked metal giants to not disappoint their loyal Knot heads.

10. KoRn, August 25th

For all you KoRn heads, get ready to get down August 25th at the Pepsi Center to see one of the most popular hard rock bands of all time tour with Alice In Chanins and Under Oath.
According to an article by WestWord​: “Hard-rock fans looking for a throwback fix will be thrilled to know that Korn and Alice in Chains will play Denver this summer.

The thirty-city tour starts July 18 in Del Valle, Texas, and concludes September 4 in Mountain View, California.

The two bands, along with openers Underoath and Fever 333, will hit the Pepsi Center at 6 p.m. on Sunday, August 25.”
